  • View student performance by various student groups, including gender, race/ethnicity, type of school, family income level (based on eligibility for the National School Lunch Program), parental education, students with disabilities (SD), and English Language Learners (ELL).

The percentage of Black eighth-graders performing at or above Basic was higher in 2010 than in 1994 and 2006. The percentages of White eighth-graders performing at or above Basic and at or above Proficient in 2010 were higher than in 1994. The percentages of Hispanic, Asian/Pacific Islander, and American Indian/Alaskan Native students performing at or above Basic in 2010 were higher than in 1994.
