Findings

The percentages of White students performing at or above Basic and Proficient were greater in 2006 than in both 1994 and 2001.
The percentage of Black students performing at or above Basic increased in 2006 compared to 1994.
The percentage of Hispanic students performing at or above Basic increased in 2006 compared to 2001.
