Findings

  • The percentages of White students performing at or above Basic and Proficient were greater in 2006 than in both 1994 and 2001.
  • The percentage of Black students performing at or above Basic increased in 2006 compared to 1994.
  • The percentage of Hispanic students performing at or above Basic increased in 2006  compared to 2001.
