More students perform at or above Basic in 2006 at all three grades than in previous assessment years

Findings

  • The percentage of students performing at or above Basic increased in 2006 when compared to 1994 and 2001. 
  • The percentage at or above Proficient was higher in 2006 than the percentage in 1994, but it was not statistically different from the percentage in 2001.
