More students perform at or above Basic in 2006 at all three grades than in previous assessment years

Findings

The percentage of students performing at or above Basic increased in 2006 when compared to 1994 and 2001.
The percentage at or above Proficient was higher in 2006 than the percentage in 1994, but it was not statistically different from the percentage in 2001.
