The two liquids shown on the left, honey and water, have different properties. One difference is the speed at which they flow (the flow rate) when they are poured.

In this activity, you will use four different liquids: corn syrup, honey, olive oil, and water to investigate how these liquids behave when they are poured and how temperature affects the flow rates of the liquids.

Then you will determine the best temperature range for bottling honey that will take the least amount of time while using as little energy as possible.
