The percentage of students eligible for the
National School Lunch Program scoring at or above the
Basic level increased in 2007 in comparison to all previous assessments.

The percentage of students eligible for the National School Lunch Program scoring at or above the
Proficient level was higher in 2007 than in 1998 and 2005.
